This month sees the release of the Ten’s latest EP entitled ‘Lowlands’. Released on Japanese ambient label Murmur Records http://www.weeld.net/. The record is also available from Amazon, Tower Records and HMV. Ten also recently appeared on Resonance FM for a live session and interview. Please visit the Resonance FM website in order to download the podcast http://podcasts.resonancefm.com/archives/category/shows/hello-goodbye. We were also fortunate enough to play with poet Gerry Mitchell live in the studio. Thank you again to everyone at Resonance FM. Ten also had the opportunity to appear in two live videos filmed back in May by Toby Hay and James Beattie, with live sound recording by Tim Hay. Currently only one video has been edited with the other expected late July. The video can be viewed on the Moving Images tab. Please check back for the second video and accompanying photographs. Ten have a series of live shows coming up [please check Performance tab] and will be playing the ‘Leave Me Here’ festival in August. http://leavemehere.co.uk/ We are also currently planning a UK tour for October and have begun to write and record new material, which will hopefully feature on a release by the end of the year. We currently plan to enter the studio around August. Please check back for further details.

A new release from DOOR [Jonny Fryer & Bryan Oblivion] is also available this month. A 30-minute limited edition cassette entitled ‘Puppets of Nostalgia’ featuring all new material. Please contact either Bryan Smith of myself directly for a copy [see contacts page]. DOOR have also started to record new material at various locations around the UK. According to Steans, The Bin-bag is "an experiment in... Creating a new idiom for the horror-story, one fit for the twenty-first century and all its attendant anxieties... an experiment towards... the horror-story we all deserve".
